A mover is supplied with accessories for a standard chassis. There are chassis to which an adapter is needed for the fitment of the mover. If fitting plates are sent back to us without having bought the mover at us we will deduct the transport costs from the total amount.

If we assemble the mover, you have a warranty of up to 5 years. If you install it yourself, the manufacturer always gives you a maximum of 2 years warranty.
Only at CaravanMoverShop, the warranty can also be extended to 5 years for self-assembly! For each mover it is stated how long the warranty period is.

Spare parts


If you have damage, or if there are problems after the warranty period, the brands PowrMover, Reich, Truma, and AL-KO offer an almost complete range of spare parts. So, if you have a small problem after the warranty period, you don't have to buy a whole new mover. You can often solve the problem with a separately ordered spare part. The spare parts of most movers are guaranteed available for 10 years. In addition, we have the most extensive range spare parts used and new in stock.

Spare Parts: Diagnosis
If you have a problem with a mover, we can help. The diagnosis costs 45 euros (up to a maximum of half an hour).
We work through a protocol to quickly determine the cause of the problem. If you bought the mover from us, we may be able to assist you remotely. If you bought the mover elsewhere, we only offer paid service.
You can have a lead (acid) battery do a CCA test at a garage or at our workshop. Then you have an indication whether the battery still achieves its values ​​and therefore supplies enough power for the mover.
We can help you in the following ways:
-To make an appointment, it is best to email us with a description of the problem and your type of shunting aid.
- Diagnosis takes place in Groningen or Lelystad.
- With some mover models we can perform diagnosis and repair at home. The call-out costs are 80 euros. We request that you send photos and provide information in advance.
- You can send the control box and remote control so that we can check it. You also pay the transport costs incurred by us.
Mail us your details and the description of the problem. You will then receive instructions from us on how to send these parts in with a return number.

You need to disassemble the old part first, if you don't disassemble it, you can't see it well and you won't order the right product.
If there are multiple versions, you cannot purchase a newer version. Unless we point this out with an alternative product.
For example, if it says < 2013, then it is not suitable for models from after 2013. If it says > 2012, it is not suitable for products from before 2012.
Sometimes it says SN: xx, then it stands for a specific range of serial numbers. You should then look up the serial number on your mover and see if it falls within the range. For example, if it says 01xxx, your serial number must start with 01. When there stands < 30 your serialnumber must be lower then 30.
The mover manufacturers work with item numbers. These are not the part numbers you will see on an engine or part, nor PCB Numbers or other numbers you will find somewhere on the product. You have

Spare parts: How do I repair the mover?
We do not answer questions about how to dismantle a mover, how long does it take etc. This varies per mover and caravan and depends on the condition of the mover. If you want to carry out the repair yourself, you have to think logically. Get to work and if you really come across something we can help you after purchasing the part. But realistically, someone who has started the job doesn't need any help. Screws loose, tighten.

Spare parts: I would like the product to be smaller than you offer
We only sell what is on the website. You see a motor with a gearbox and want a special gearbox that we don't have separately on the website. Then you can't order it. The reason for this is simple, the product is available no smaller than advertised. This can be due to security reasons, compatibility or the manufacturer's greed for money. We can't make it smaller than offered.

Spare parts: what is a used product?
Used is used, not overhauled and not repaired. This makes sense since it was used. Used means someone used it. We source these products and resell them. We cannot provide a history. We assess the product for function and condition and then decide whether to offer the product with a 1 year warranty. We cannot give any further information. We can and will only point out that this is a used product.
We do not photograph the used product. Finally, if you wait a while to order and someone else orders it, you will not receive what was in the photo. The scratch really was on the left and now on the right... But be realistic. A used product has scratches, signs of wear and has clearly been used. We set the limit for damage that affects user comfort. A round hexagon is not salable. A remote control held together with duct tape...not for sale. We've never had any complaints about the state of use, so our standard is good enough. You have to rely on it or buy new. And we are very simple, a return is always possible, you pay any paypal and transport costs.

Spare parts: What is an alternative product?
In some situations, an alternative product will be listed with the product. This is another product recommended by the manufacturer, or in some cases by us. If a product is no longer available, an alternative is a solution to the problem. We cannot make it smaller than offered.

Spare parts: how many pieces do I get?
Some products say (2 pieces), then 2 pieces will be delivered. If it says (4 pieces), 4 pieces will be delivered. If there is nothing, 1 piece will be delivered. So it's pretty simple, if it says (2 pieces) you'll get 2 copies. You will then not get 4 copies.

Spare parts: transport and payment costs
If you press order, you will see the transport costs directly. Make sure that the country of delivery is also the country where you would like to receive it. We know PayPal is expensive. We calculate the PayPal costs and therefore you have to pay more if you select PayPal.

Please mention, when you are in a hurry, please pick it up at our shop in Groningen. Then you don?t have to wait for a transportcompany.

Also as written: estimated shipping times. At UPS there are working humans, it sounds weird, but it is true. The shipping times can be different. When you are outside the European Union, the package has to? pass the Customs. This can take time.

Order: Is the product in stock?
If on the website stands: it's in stock, it's in stock, if on the website stands: it's out of stock, it's out of stock. The most up-to-date inventory information is posted on our website for each product. This information is reliable and up-to-date. You can only add something to the shopping cart if there is at least 1 physical product on stock.

Order:What is the delivery time?
We usually ship with UPS. Delivery times are short. You can push the order button and read the expected deliverytime to a random city in your country.? Delivery up to +/- 600 km from the Netherlands takes 1 day. Up to 1200 km 2 days and more than 1200 km 3 days. Deliveries are made on working days only.
If you are not at home, the carrier cannot deliver it. It will then either be offered again or you will have to pick it up at a UPS Access Point. When you are outside the EU the delivery time is one day more. When you are over 3000km from the Netherlands, the shipment will be by plane and that is quicker.
We advise you to read your email, you will see the tracking number. If you click on the link you will see all the information you need. We cannot speed up the transport process. If it's urgent, you have to pick it up in Groningen.
UPS is a professional and of course expensive carrier. Delivery takes place on working days. Business days are Monday to Friday and not Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are not business days. Public holidays depend on the country or region.

Order: How can I order a product.
You can order a product by simply pressing Order. You will then see the transport costs directly. Then go to step 2 where you have to fill in your name and address. Please write down your place/village/city in the Place field, and not e.g. a federal state or Germany.

Diagnosis, how fast do we really work?

Return costs
We offer the parts of the movers as a service. Something is always wrongly ordered. This is usually due to carelessness. Don't bother to compare the picture of the motor with the finished product... or a remote control has been found again.

We believe it is fair for the cost of incorrect orders to be passed on to the incorrectly ordered customer. This means that shipping costs incurred when returning parts will be deducted from the refund.

Ik ben in het bezit van een vouwwagen Holtkamper Kyte S. Mijn vrouw en ik lukt het niet om de vouwwagen op onze hellende oprit te duwen. Daarom hebben we besloten, om een mover aan te schaffen. Na hier en daar wat adviezen te hebben ingewonnen ben ik op de website van CaravanMoverShop terecht gekomen. Na het lezen van de reviews, wat e-mail verkeer én telefonisch contact, was ik overtuigd van de betrouwbaarheid van deze leverancier én het geadviseerde product. Opvallend voor mij was, dat de geadviseerde mover-accu combinatie bijna € 90 goedkoper is, dan de combinatie die ik zelf in gedachte had! De offerte is zeer duidelijk, zeer informatief over de producten én transparant. De montage is uitgevoerd aan huis door Michael. Een kwartier vòòr aankomst belde hij vriendelijk dat hij in aantocht was. Gezamenlijk hebben wij de meest optimale montageplaats van het electrisch gedeelte bepaald. Michael heeft daarna op uiterst vakkundige wijze zowel het electrisch gedeelte als de mover netjes gemonteerd. Uiteindelijk heeft een degelijke uitleg van de werking van de bediening plaatsgevonden. Tot slot: Michael is een uiterst aangename persoon, die er blijk van geeft dat hij met liefde voor zijn vak en met optimale klantgerichtheid werkt. De gekozen combinatie mover en accu ziet er robuust uit; de werking is goed.Ik hoop dat de levensduur en betrouwbaarheid van het gemonteerde op langere termijn ook goed zal zijn. Bonjour, Je suis très satisfait du support technique et de la qualité du matériel Reich easydriver pro Je l'ai monté moi même sur une caravane La Mancelle LM380 surbaissée.J'avais pris le kit spécial de pose pour la caravane Le mover est peu visible car presque complètement caché par le bas de caisse.Il est placé à l'avant de la roue Il me reste 12 et 13cm entre le point le plus bas du mover et le sol,ce qui est parfait surtout pour une caravane surbaissée Essai fait sur un sol en béton satisfaisant.A voir en avril sur terrain herbeux Seule interrogation je pense que la garantie n'est que d'un an au lieu de 5 ans car je l'ai posé moi même. In de zoektocht naar een mover gezocht naar een bedrijf dat veel movers monteert. Ik ben zorgvuldig geadviseerd en zo is voor mijn Fendt een maatwerkoplossing gevonden. Bonjour Monsieur HUT, Après les avoir reçus rapidement, les movers Ecoline ont été montés immédiatement sur ma caravane ERIBA Touring sans problème. Le fonctionnement est correct, sans problème de mise en route. Cependant, il a fallu modifier la platine spéciale ERIBA . En effet il y a un fer cornière métallique de renforcement le long du profilé rectangulaire 60 x 40 du châssis de la caravane, ce qui oblige à raccourcir et enlever de la hauteur sur une des deux plaques de la platine, pour la fixer à la bonne place. Il reste autour de 20 centimètres de garde au sol, ce qui est satisfaisant. Ce modèle Ecoline avec la traverse étudiée pour garder le maximum de garde au sol, convient parfaitement. C’était un point qui me préoccupait, car j’avais vu des montages de movers qui étaient trop près du sol et qui avaient même obligé à un remplacement des roues de 13 pouces par des roues de 14 pouces. Ce montage permet de conserver les roues de 13 pouces d’origine car il reste une garde au sol suffisante. Si cela peut intéresser d’autres clients, je vous ferais parvenir des photos. Il suffit de me le demander, ou communiquer mon mail, si des clients possédant une ERIBA TOURING, doivent être encouragés dans leur achat.
